Jennifer Dale

Grants Coordinator
As a Grants Coordinator, Jennifer Dale works with the Grants Management team on grantee documents. In this role, Jen coordinates with grantees and key leaders within the organization to ensure grant reporting compliance. She also tracks proposals, maintains accurate records across systems, and collaborates with the Communications team on website and grant updates to ensure compliance across Global Action’s portal, database, website, and annual disclosures.

Biography

Jen conducts regular data maintenance within the grantmaking database, including data integrity reviews. She also manages the grants support inbox and organizes grantee correspondence and documentation within the grant-making database.  

Previously, Jen was Global Action’s Assistant Grants Coordinator. Her grant management experience includes a position at the Teagle Foundation as the Grant Administrator and Assistant to the President. In this role, she worked on the grants management software platform GIFTS and was responsible for several grant activities, including requests for proposals, managing project timelines, budget reporting, processing and scheduling grant implementations and requirements, and tracking the outcomes of all financial and narrative reports.

Prior to joining the organization, Jennifer was working for the City University New York as an Events Coordinator, assisting with school events, scheduling, and campus logistics.

Jen earned a bachelor’s degree in communications and psychology from North Carolina State University. She is based in New York City.
