Kalob brings more than a decade of experience in public health, with a background spanning program management, health education, research coordination, and community engagement. Prior to joining Global Action, he supported a wide range of HIV prevention, care, and medical education initiatives, partnering with healthcare providers, researchers, academic institutions, and community organizations to advance evidence-based programs and improve health outcomes. Throughout his career, he has managed complex projects, coordinated multidisciplinary partnerships, and translated scientific and technical information into accessible resources for diverse audiences.
A strong advocate for evidence-based public health, Kalob is passionate about harm reduction and improving access to practical, science-driven approaches that empower individuals to make informed decisions about their health. He is particularly interested in advancing collaborative solutions that address health disparities and improve the well-being of all adults who smoke.
Kalob received both his Master of Health Administration and Bachelor of Science in Health Services Management from Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI).
