Knowledge•Action•Change (K•A•C) is increasing research capacity to understand, develop, and implement the science and evidence base relevant to tobacco harm reduction. This work includes developing and disseminating Global State of Tobacco Harm Reduction (GSTHR) reports to increase awareness about national tobacco harm reduction and cessation. K•A•C has also developed GSTHR maps of the global, regional and national availability and use of safer nicotine products, the regulatory responses to these products, and the public health potential of tobacco harm reduction.
